Unlock Your Creativity & Create Your Course with Rebecca Tracey

Today, we get to hear from Rebecca Tracey, who shares how she was able to overcome one of the more common challenges related to being an entrepreneur.

unlock your creativity

In this interview, Rebecca recounts how looking at what other people were doing in the business world turned from inspiration to competition. She also shares some insight into what it takes to unlock your creativity.

Even though the email lists she signed up for continued to deliver a ton of value, Rebecca found herself being overwhelmed by the volume of information. In fact, she shares that her mind was so filled with the ideas of other business owners that she really struggled to let her own creativity shine.

When we’re looking at everyone else instead of focusing on our own stuff, creativity can get sucked out of our systems.

But in addition to letting go of the things that were dragging her away from her creative juices, Rebecca also had to embrace the idea of building a team.

Starting as a solopreneur means that you do it all yourself – which can be a really good thing. You begin to develop a lot of skills that definitely come in handy when running a business.

But at some point, extra help is in order!

Rebecca started her business in a van during a cross-country trip. Without a huge budget, she had to learn all about website building, tech stuff, and administration tasks on her own…but it eventually got to the point where these little tasks were taking too much time & energy.

The lessons Rebecca has to share about investing in the right talent to help your business are spot-on. Listen to this interview to hear how hiring at a higher price point was a key point to getting Rebecca’s business Off the Charts.
