Build A Successful Business in 20 Hours Per Week with Jenny Shih

This is an amazing interview with Jenny Shih, a personal friend and fellow entrepreneur. She's shared a ton of amazing advice with me throughout the years on how to build a successful business without becoming a workaholic in the process.

One of the things that's awesome about Jenny is that she's been able to do something that a lot of entrepreneurs only dream of: she supports the lifestyle she loves by running her own business.

Which is amazing.

Because it's so tempting to become addicted to work… especially when starting your own businesses.

It's easy to start working obsessively, in a way that's unsustainable for both our health and our larger goals.

If this is something you've ever struggled with – working overtime and losing sight of the reason why you started your business in the first place – this interview is going to tug on those heartstrings.

We hear how Jenny was able to give up her "willingness" to work crazy long, hard hours, simply by acknowledging that it wasn't sustainable or good for her. Instead, she chose to embrace the alternative, taking care of herself, setting aside time to not work, and being smart about the time she invested in her projects.

How did she manage to do all of that and grow an amazing business?

Listen in to this podcast episode to find out.
