#097 How to keep your motivation

Off The Charts Business Podcast

Are you avoiding moving your business forward today? Maybe you are experiencing writers block, or not sure what your next step should be.

Well I am here to help you solve the stuck, and show you how to keep your motivation, by sharing with you my secret trick that successful people use.

Start a, “Why I’m awesome file”. Our brains are wired to focus on the negative, and focusing on the negative can really hurt your business. With an awesome file, you write down all of the great things that happen to you, along with compliments and achievements.

Once that is completed you will want to have somewhere to share your win. Find a group of friends with similar goals, and start a group where everyone shares their successes.

Let the happy wins wash over you when jumping into something that scares you, when you’re not feeling motivation, or received a negative comment. Your business, and the people who surround you will thank you, and you will start to feel “awesome” again.
